Refund Policy

At GoVapez, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our refund policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

• Products must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
• You must request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non-Refundable Items

• Sale items and promotional products are not eligible for refunds.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Process

1. To initiate a return, contact us at kayla@govapez.com with your order details.
2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the item.
3. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at kayla@govapez.com.
